My research on evidence and data interpretation explores how children and adults interpret data. I am particularly interested in the strategies that reasoners use when they try to make sense of tables and graphs.

My research on social cognition explores how children’s understanding of complex social situations develops. Also, I study the real-world social consequences of children’s social cognition, including the relationships that they establish with their peers.
